Thibault GUILLEMIN

Thibault Guillemin is a preferred contact of corporations, institutions and their representatives facing complex issues or reputational risks. He advises as well as litigates on crisis situations entailing simultaneous regulatory, ethical, criminal and social aspects.

Beyond his counseling activities, Thibault is a next generation litigator who defends companies and their managers facing internal investigations and/or enforcements.  He represents for many years several companies and individuals in high-profile cases.

Prior joining the Paris Bar, Thibault practised as a counsel in a French law firm of supreme court attorneys (avocats au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de cassation) where he managed many cases involving government bodies.

Furthermore, he advises listed or non-listed companies in setting up, evaluating and strengthening their compliance programs (codes of conduct, internal audit, risk analysis, KYC, professional alerts, training), both with regard to French legislation (Sapin II, Devoir de vigilance) and foreign ones (FCPA, UKBA).

His practise focuses as well on economic sanctions (embargoes, export controls) and export controls that French and European companies may face (sanctions programs, extraterritoriality, blocking statutes, dual-use items, etc.).

Thibault Guillemin's team has been recognized as "Excellent" for its white collar practise by Leaders League 2023, and appointed as "Rising Team 2020" for his Compliance expertise by the Trophées du Droit, a panel of French high-level professionals awarding the best lawyers for their practise. His team has been also ranked by Legal500 as a "Top Tier 3" compliance law firm.

He is lecturer in the Executive MBA Legal Intelligence at the Ecole de Guerre Economique (EGE) and regularly participates in executive programs offered by Paris-Dauphine, one of the most distinguished law schools.

Stéphane Flichy assists our French and foreign clients on their employment law issues, both in advisory and litigation capacities. 

He is fully dedicated to defending and advising companies and their executives. 

His team handles both day-to-day issues and disputes, and more exceptional judicial or organizational proceedings. 

He also assists employers' organizations.

He is involved in a number of sensitive, complex cases requiring simultaneous mastery of social, criminal and corporate issues.

Alexis GUILLEMIN

As a specialist in both intellectual property law and new information technologies, Alexis Guillemin is an astute expert of all issues of the company’s intangible heritage. Thus, he assists our clients in managing and valuing their immaterial assets both in France and abroad.

Beyond his strong background in copyright as well as in patents, trademarks and designs litigations, Alexis Guillemin assists our clients with the implementation of the big data processes (GDPR), data mining and protection of personal data (French Data Protection Authority -CNIL-, French Data Protection Officer -CIL-, Privacy Shield, cybersecurity).

He also handles the implementation of complex legal schemes related to new information technologies and media law and devotes a substantial part of its activity to the drafting and negotiation of IT contracts.

Mathilde DELAUNAY

Mathilde Delaunay is an expert on non-profit organizations. She advises all types of organizations in this sector (associations, foundations, endowment funds, etc.) on all aspects of their legal and fiscal operations (creation, functioning, restructuring, project management, seminars and training).

She also assists companies, family offices, and institutions with the legal and financial structuring of their general interest projects.

Jan-Baudouin LALLEMAND

Jan-Baudouin Lallemand specializes in business litigation, white-collar crime and press law.

With a dual background in law and finance, he also advises French and foreign listed and unlisted companies, as well as public entities, in particular in connection with their governance and compliance issues (anti-corruption, duty of care and international sanctions). 

Prior to joining the firm, Jan-Baudouin practiced with leading French and American law firms, as well as with the legal department of an investment bank.

His experience, as well as his French and Anglo-Saxon academic background, predispose him to work on complex transnational cases.

Juliette GARCIA

Juliette Garcia specializes in labor and social security law and offers counsel as well as assistance in litigation. She advises and defends French and foreign compagnies on individual and collective labor relations (employment issues (employment contracts, dismissals, restructuring, professional elections, employee savings schemes, working hours, management packages, social audits, etc.).

She also handles issues relating to the dismissal of corporate officers involving labor law, corporate law and, where applicable, criminal law issues.

Anouk BREJON

Anouk Bréjon assists French and international clients in criminal and commercial litigation, as well as in white collar crime, at each stage of the proceedings.  

She prepares their defence before civil, commercial and criminal courts.  

She advises listed and non-listed companies in compliance and risk management matters. She notably assists them in setting up, assessing and implementing their compliance programs (anticorruption, devoir de vigilance, etc.) and in conducting internal investigations. 

Before joining Guillemin Flichy, Anouk worked in the litigation department of a top-ranked French law firm. This first experience gave her the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in both legal advice and litigation matters.

Ingrid BRUYAS

Ingrid Bruyas’ practice focuses on providing legal advice and litigating all areas of intellectual property law (trademarks, designs, patents, copyright and related rights) and new information technologies (software, databases, personal data). She assists companies in the protection and enhancement of their intangible assets, from their creation (trademark clearances, filings with the intellectual property offices) to their defense (pre-litigation, judicial and administrative litigation). 

Her international background and her previous experience in Anglo-Saxon law firms allows her to advise diversified clients, both French and foreign.

After a 10-years experience in the advertising industry where she developed key accounts customers, Patricia Huvelin provides the administrative and financial management of the firm (HR, general services, accounting and management control), as well as its communication (press, social networks, events, trainings), responsibilities for which she can rely on a dedicated team.

Her versatility and great listening, combined with real adaptation skills make her a privileged interlocutor to our suppliers and partners.
